Auf dieser Basis wurde ein gesellschaftlicher Rahmen aus Institutionen, Normen und Werten gebildet, welcher zu M\u00e4nnern* in Vollzeitstellen und Frauen* in Teilzeitstellen f\u00fchrt \u2013 und damit zu keiner Gleichberechtigung in Gehalt, Absicherung und Perspektiven.
