Ern\u00e4hrung wurde lange Zeit als \u201aNatur\u2018 f\u00fcr soziologische Analysen von Gesellschaft verkannt, heute wird sie vornehmlich als bedeutungstr\u00e4chtiger Ausdruck sozialer Distinktion fokussiert.
