K\u00fcnstler*innen spielten und spielen zur Repr\u00e4sentation in Gesellschaften eine wichtige Rolle: sowohl im Realsozialismus wie auch in neoliberalen westlichen Demokratien. Unter totalit\u00e4ren Bedingungen bediente man sich der Kunstschaffenden. Sie konnten jedoch auch ein autonomes Selbstwertgef\u00fchl bilden, das noch 30 Jahre nach Zusammenbruch des Systems wirksam ist. Minna Antova, geboren im bulgarischen Sofia, gibt subjektiv-vergleichende Einblicke in Praxen der k\u00fcnstlerischen Autonomie, jenseits und diesseits des Eisernen Vorhangs und lange nach dessen Fall.<\/p>\n
